From January 23-24, 2025, ZIEN conducted its first overseas workshop since the company's founding.

The reason for choosing the bustling urban center of Tokyo instead of a resort destination was clear - Tokyo hosted the "Pwn2Own Automotive 2025" where ZIEN's research team participated. During this company retreat, we strengthened team bonds through various activities.
Experiencing Japanese Cuisine
We enjoyed a traditional Japanese course meal at 'Ginza Sushi Marui' in Tokyo's Ginza district. This restaurant, highly regarded even among locals, offered not just a meal but a cultural experience of authentic Japanese cuisine. Employees deepened their connections through meaningful conversations outside the work environment, strengthening team cohesion.
Taking in Tokyo's Cityscape
In the evening, we visited Tokyo Tower to admire the city's night view. The vast skyline inspired employees to contemplate ZIEN's potential in the global business environment. To commemorate this moment, all employees took a group photo holding a banner brought from Korea! 📸
Unofficial Exploration Activities 🤫
After the official schedule, employees engaged in various personal activities based on their interests. Some visited Mount Fuji, Japan's iconic symbol, to appreciate its natural beauty, while others deeply explored Tokyo's diverse food culture. Some team members also spent time observing Tokyo's urban culture and architecture, particularly in the Ginza area. These autonomous activities allowed everyone to experience Tokyo from their own perspective and have time for personal reflection.
This overseas retreat went beyond a simple trip, becoming an important opportunity to strengthen ZIEN's global vision and teamwork. The cultural experiences combined with professional achievements provided employees with new perspectives and motivation, which we expect will positively influence the company's continued development.
